How does the free trial work?
Our free trial gives you access to all Daily Connect features. Once you sign up, you'll have 14 Days of free access, after which you'll be charged for your first month. Throughout that time, our experts are here to help you set up the application with a series of helpful onboarding guides.
Are there any hidden fees?
We don't charge any setup, overage, or cancellation fees. The price you see is the price you'll pay.
For customers that use Daily Connect's Parent Billing Features to accept online payments from parents, standard payment processing fees apply.
Are there any contracts?
There are no long-term committments. We offer a month to month subscription, and your payment method is automatically charged on the same day each month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Daily Connect subscription at any time with no penalty. To learn more, read our Cancellation Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH Bank Transfers from Checking & Savings accounts. If you'd like to pay by Check or Wire Transfer, we require that you commit to an annual subscription. For more information on annual payment plans, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do you count the number of children on my invoice?
We charge our customers for the number of unique active children each month. If no activity is recorded for a child in a certain month (due to sickness, vacation, or closure), the child will not be counted in your monthly invoice.
Do parents have to pay to use the Daily Connect application?
Provided your Childcare Center maintains an active subscription, parents do not have to pay to use the Daily Connect app.
How do I cancel my subscription?

Will I still have access to my data after I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You and your parents have access to your data after you cancel. You won't have access to most Daily Connect features, but you'll be able to download your data and parents are able to view information and images, even after their child has left your childcare center, or your subscription has been cancelled.
What if I need help getting started?
We have lots of guidance in our Help Center, where you'll find articles and tutorial videos. You can also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for same-day customer support. If necessary, we're also happy to schedule a product demo call for us to walk you through all the Daily Connect features.
Can parents see information about other children?
No. Parents can only see information about their own child, and must access their own Daily Connect account using their unique login details.
Can parents use Daily Connect to communicate with other parents?
No. Daily Connect only allows communication between teachers and parents. Parents from different families cannot contact each other through Daily Connect.
Is my data safe?
Keeping your data safe is our top priority. We operate with high security standards to protect data, invest in security partnerships and in-house expertise, and never sell your information. Any connection between you and Daily Connect is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Backups are done automatically for infrastructure disaster recovery purposes.
